  8. Arsenal Files 4 uses the EZRom program as a user interface.  This is a very
  9. high quality program written by Mike Robinson, and it's primarily designed
  10. to be a BBS door program.  If you are interested in registering this
  11. door program for use on your BBS, please check out the \EZROM sub-directory
  12. on this disc for the latest information on the subject.

  14. To install this program, simply type USERINST from the DOS prompt and
  15. follow the instructions.  It's that simple!
